We accept several forms of insurance as well as sliding scale payments. If you do not have insurance, ask our receptionists to make an appointment with one of our Patient Advocates. The Patient Advocate will do a free, confidential screening to determine if you are eligible for programs that pay for health care. Some patients may qualify for sliding scale fee discounts.

If you are paying a sliding fee or are paying cash for services on the same-day as your appointment, you may qualify for a 50% same day service discount.

MCC accepts Medicare, Partnership HealthPlan, and Medi-Cal, as well as many insurance plans like Blue Cross

and Blue Shield, as well as plans offered through Covered California.

Family PACT, CDP, Gateway, Veteran’s Choice and CHDP insurance are also accepted.

If you would like to learn about buying health insurance through Covered California, MCC has Certified Enrollment Counselors on staff to help people enroll in the Covered California health insurance exchange. There is no charge for this service. Our receptionists can help you to set up an appointment with a Certified Enrollment Counselor.

Patients are responsible for their own co-pays and deductibles.
