We have an opening for a full time or part time Community Health Worker (CHW). This position is responsible for helping patients and their families to navigate and access health and community services, other resources (such as addiction treatment, transportation, and food), and adopt healthy behaviors. The CHW will provide social support and informal counseling, advocate for individuals and community health needs, and provide health screening services.
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED. Experience working in a multi-cultural setting and experience working in a community setting for at least 1-2 years preferred. Knowledge of some medical terminology preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.

MCC has an opening for a nurse in our pediatrics department.
Duties include routine nursing duties in the care and treatment of patients. Provides triage services, providing professional nursing assessment and initiating nursing care to clients who call in or drop in for urgent care services in the Clinic. Determines the urgency of the patients presenting complaints and designates triage category and follow up.
