Mendocino Coast Clinics is the only health center on the Mendocino Coast to provide a multi-faceted suboxone program to treat opiate use disorder.

Our dedicated, caring team will support you every step of the way.

Here are some quotes from participants in our suboxone program:

“I have been in recovery for 4 years.  I was taking Oxycodone for pain but was always worried about running out and having to find more.  My family was planning a camping trip with all my kids and grandkids for a week and I wouldn’t go because I was afraid I would run out of my pills.  I scheduled an appointment at the clinic and they had me talk with the case manager for suboxone.  I was able to start right away and it was great; instant relief! I am now working every day, able to buy new tires for my car which I never would have been able to afford before because I spent all my money on pills, and can spend good times with my family.  My anxiety is down and I am able to talk with a therapist and other people in the program. The support group is great!”

“ I had been using heroin and then Fentanyl every since I was a teenager.  I went to rehabs, I tried moving to other places but I always came back to my drugs.  I tried Suboxone by itself but didn’t have the support of a program.  It never worked before.  But now that I have a case manager, support group, and a therapist if I want, I have been off opioids for over two years.  I feel good and work at a job I really like.  If you relapse its OK to keep trying.  Being on medication and having a place to talk about everything makes the difference.”
