The Coastal Street Medicine program is a collaborative effort, with Mendocino Coast Clinics and the Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center working together to bring basic medical services to homeless men and women in our community. The service is free and confidential.

SERVICES

  • Nursing care and assessments
  • Health checks
  • Wound care
  • Check vital signs
  • Schedule medical and dental appointments at MCC
  • Health education
  • Referrals to resources and services
  • Referrals to MCC’s medically assisted treatment program and peer recovery support
  • Patient navigation
