Patient Portal



Have you signed up for our Patient Portal? It’s so easy!


We have a new Patient Portal! If you were registered on the old patient portal, please click here to access the new Portal.

Once you have registered, you can:

  • Request an appointment
  • Request a prescription renewal
  • See your medications
  • See your test results
  • Ask your care team a question
  • Send a private message to your provider (allow up to 48 hours for a response)

We suggest that you bookmark the Patient Portal page, so you can easily access it again.

If you are not currently registered for the Patient Portal, you will need a personalized link to register. This link will come from patientservices@medfusion.net, so you might want to whitelist that email address and/or domain name. You should also check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive the email. NOTE: The link expires in 48 hours. So if you do not click on it and register in that time period, you will have to request another link.
