Open Door @MCC is a service to meet the unique needs of our teen and adult LGBTQ+ patients. Dr. Barbara Kilian provides gender confirming care, including hormone therapy, as well as primary care services. The Open Door environment makes patients feel safe and comfortable, knowing that Dr. Kilian and her staff are accepting, caring, and experienced in LGBTQ and sex positive issues. Open Door can also be a jumping off point for patients to be referred for other types of medical and behavioral health care, knowing that they will be referred to providers who have been vetted and understand their needs.

MCC is a licensed community health clinic and a provider for Medi-Cal and Medicare programs sliding scale and private insurance.
