During Pride Month, and every month, we are thankful for Dr. Barbara J Kilian and her Open Door service here at MCC.

Open Door serves the unique needs of our teen and adult LGBTQ+ patients in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Kilian provides gender confirming care, including hormone therapy, as well as primary care services.

Open Door can also be a jumping off point for patients who need to be referred for other types of medical and behavioral health care, knowing that they will be referred to providers who have been carefully vetted and understand their needs.
