This Tuesday, September 14th, there is a special election where voters will have a choice on whether Governor Newsom remains in office. Voters will also have an opportunity to vote for a replacement candidate should the recall succeed.
If you are a registered voter in California, you should have already received a ballot in the mail that you can then fill out and mail back with no postage necessary.

โข You can drop off your ballot at a secure ballot drop box, a voting location, or a county elections office by 8 pm on September 14, 2021. There is a secure ballot box at Fort Bragg City Hall.
โข If you missed the online voter registration deadline (for new voters or updating your registration), California has same-day voter registration at in person voting locations. Please visit https://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/polling-place/ to find your voting location.
