This year, our Dental Clinic Manager, Rosa Luz Hernandez, celebrated 25 years of working at MCC. In addition to managing the busy dental clinic, Rosa also cares for our patients as a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions – all with a smile!
No fewer than four of the staff members at our Sequoia Circle site reached the milestone of 15 years with MCC this year: Dr. Brent Wright, the only OB-GYN on the Coast, site manager Stacy Pollina, and amazing Patient Advocates Albert Anderson and Maria May. They join their coworker, the wonderful Patient Advocate Ana Jara, who reached that milestone last year.
Of the 125 people on staff, 22% have worked here for 5 to 9 years, and 24% for 10 years or more, so nearly half our staff has been caring for our community for more than 5 years. Here’s to the MCC team, and the #bestcareanywhere! #teammcc
