You will need to have a valid email address and be able to connect to your smart phone or tablet with Bluetooth. This will wirelessly deliver your blood pressure readings to a secure website. Being in a familiar setting like your home often leads to more accurate results than in a doctor’s office, where many of us can feel a little nervous. So why not give it a try?
