The FDA has rescinded their authorization to give 1st and 2nd boosters of the original Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines. As of the 31st of August, we can only give 1st and 2nd doses for those that have not been vaccinated yet.

𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀.

Public Health has ordered the updated vaccine and will let us know when we can pick them up. We expect this to be within the next two weeks.

COVID vaccines are still available for children aged 6 months to 11 years old. Please call our pediatrics clinic at 964-5696 to schedule your child’s vaccine.

We will keep you updated on this situation as it develops.

Just a reminder we will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 5.

If you need us while we are closed, call us at 964 1251 and the on call provider will return your call.

#teammcc is jumping into the week with COVID vaccines and testing. Rapid COVID testing is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm under the white tent at 205 South Street. PCR testing is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Just drive or walk up, and our team will take care of you.

We are still awaiting news on the availability of the new COVID vaccine. We will let you know as soon as we have any information on the new vaccine.

In the meantime, we have Pfizer and Moderna vaccines available from 2 to 5 pm every Tuesday under the tent for anyone age 12 and up. First dose or second dose, first or second booster, we’ve got you covered.

Look for #teammcc at the Paul Bunyan Days parade on Monday, September 5. We are looking forward to seeing you there and handing out some gifts and smiles. See you there!

It’s Wednesday, and that means it’s time to go to the Fort Bragg & Mendocino Certified Farmers Markets and stock up on fresh, local fruit and veggies! The Market opens at 3:00 pm at Laurel and Franklin streets, in the heart of beautiful downtown Fort Bragg.

If your child aged 6 months to 11 years needs a vaccine, call our pediatrics office at 964 5696 and we’ll get him or her scheduled.

𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: Free COVID PCR tests are available under the tent. These tests are processed at an outside lab, and you will get the results directly from the lab, usually within 72 hours.
