This week we celebrate and thank the Physician Assistants everywhere for the dedicated care they give their patients. PAs like our own James Thomas spend meaningful time with their patients: listening, collaborating and healing. Just a reminder that we have an extra walk in clinic today, October 4, from 1:30 to 4 pm. This is in addition to our regular weekly walk in clinics, on Thursday from 9:30 to 11 am and Friday from 1:30 to 3 pm.

We are giving free, drive-through COVID vaccines and boosters, including bivalent boosters, from 2 to 5 pm today under the tent. 𝗪𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗳𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. We will let you know as soon as we received a supply of Moderna boosters.

Here’s what #teamMCC is up to this week:

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆: Free, drive-through rapid COVID tests are available under the tent at 205 South Street from 9 am to 1 pm. PCR tests are available on Wednesday and Thursday only.

𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: An extra walk in clinic is available from 1:30 to 4 pm. This is in addition to our regular weekly walk in clinics, on Thursday from 9:30 to 11 am and Friday from 1:30 to 3 pm.

Free, drive-through COVID vaccines and boosters, including bivalent boosters, are available from 2 to 5 pm under the tent. We only have Pfizer bivalent boosters. We have not yet received a supply of Moderna boosters. We will update you as soon as we know more.

We are experiencing a booster/vaccine shortage this week. We ask that everyone waits until next week to get their booster unless they have a specific reason, such as the booster is required for travel, or the person is immunocompromised or of advanced age.

We only have Pfizer bivalent boosters. We do not yet have a supply of Moderna. We will let you know as soon as we have the bivalent Moderna boosters.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work through these supply chain issues.

If your child aged 6 months to 11 yeas old needs a vaccine or a booster, call our Pediatrics office at 964-5696 to schedule an appointment for him or her.

We are back in the booster business!

We are starting up our free drive through COVID vaccine clinics again every Tuesday from 3:00 to 5:00, starting September 13. If you need your COVID booster, come and see us under the tent from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. We are also giving first and second doses. If your child aged 6 months to 11 years needs a COVID vaccine, call our pediatrics office at 964-5696 to schedule that.

We are happy to say we have extra walk in clinic slots available this week, on Tuesday, September 13 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm and on Wednesday, September 14 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm. This is in addition to our regular walk in clinic hours on Thursday from 9:30 to 11 am and Friday from 1:30 to 3:00 pm.

And we have free, rapid COVID testing available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. PCR testing is available from 9 am to 1 pm on Wednesday and Thursday only.

We love a parade! #teamMCC had a blast at the Paul Bunyan Days parade. We even won the second place prize in the Groups category!

It was so fun to be together, hand out gifts to the crowd, and be part of this great local tradition. We were both humbled and delighted by the cheering and applause.

Thanks to our friends at Braggadoon Signs & Graphics + Fine Art & Display for the beautiful signs and banners, and to our Board member, Matt O’Halloran, for the loan of his beautiful trailer.

COVID vaccines are not available now for those aged 12 and up, following FDA guidelines. We will keep you updated on this. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆.
