MCC’s Registered Dietitian Susie has challenged our staff to get outside and walk this month! The idea is to walk outside every day for the rest of this month, whether it’s a walk around the block or a hike through the forest, and enjoy the natural beauty around us.
Join us! Let’s get out there and walk our world!
