June Walking Challenge

We’re jumping into June with a walking challenge! The idea is to walk outside every day, whether it’s a walk around the block or a hike through the forest, and enjoy the natural beauty around us.
Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise. Start where you are, walking for a few minutes a day, and then gradually add more walking time as your fitness increases.
Join us! Let’s get out there and walk our world!
