We are excited to announce our brand-new Patient Portal!

Wondering what the Patient Portal is? It’s an easy, convenient way to securely manage your healthcare online 24/7. You can:

– Ask your provider a question

– View and manage your appointments

– Request refills and see your current medications

– See your test results

– Pay your bills

During the week of June 28, you will receive a link from us at the email address we have on file for you. The link will take you to the new patient portal.

If you have an existing Patient Portal account, you will not be able to access it after 3:00 pm on June 25. Your test results, medications, and vitals will transition to the new Portal.  If you want to keep documents or messages in your inbox from the old Portal, you will have to download them before June 25.

Update: As of July 8, 2021, we are experiencing some glitches with the new Patient Portal. Some patients have not received their links to access the new Portal. We are working on this and will get it corrected as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience as we roll out this new feature.

[Spanish version below – Versión en español a continuación] We are happy to see that California is reopening and we are moving toward a brighter future together. At MCC, we are following the guidance from the California Department of Public Health, and a mask provided by MCC must be worn while in the clinic building. This applies to our staff, our patients, and our visitors. Let’s stay safe and healthy together!

As California starts to open up in the middle of June, it’s more important than ever that we get vaccinated to keep ourselves, our community, and those we love safe and healthy. Getting vaccinated allows us to safely enjoy the activities we all missed so much last summer, like music festivals, county and state fairs, graduation, and graduation parties.

It’s never been easier to get your vaccine! ???? ?????? ???????, ???? ??, ???? ?:?? ?? ?:??, ??????? & ??????? ???????? ??? ????????? ?? ?????? ??+ ?? ??? ?????? ?? ??? ????? ??????. One and done! You’ll be good to go! We are also happy to vaccinate you during your regular appointment at MCC. If you are home-bound or mobility challenged, give us a call at 964-1251 and we will arrange to come to your home to vaccinate you.

We are having a pop up vaccine clinic at the Fort Bragg & Mendocino Certified Farmers Markets in Fort Bragg on ?????????, ???? ??, ???????? ?? ?:?? ??. No appointment needed, all are welcome. Just roll up your sleeve and smile!

So get your vaccine, and get ready to hug your family and friends again, go to parties, and enjoy everything the summer has to offer. Let’s make this a happy and healthy summer for everyone!

We had a blast at our pop up vaccine event at Harvest Market on Saturday, June 5! We vaccinated more than 55 of our friends and neighbors. Everyone who got a shot got a shot at winning the lottery. We gave everyone a scratcher, and they were automatically entered into California’s lottery for a weekly $50,000 prize and a grand prize of $1.5 million:

One of the first $50,000 winners was a Mendocino County resident. Maybe you’ll be next! If you missed us at Harvest, ?? ???? ?? ????? ? ????? ??????? ??????? ?????? ?? ???????, ???? ? ???? ?:?? ?? ?:??. No appointment needed, and you do not have to be an MCC patient. Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines available. Just drive on up and get that #shotofhope!
